Spacious apartment, pleasant staff, the two-bedroom apartment offered a lovely hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils.

the apartment was lovely n really comfy! it was well decorated n had everything we needed in the kitchen. beds were super soft n just perfect for rest. the location was nice n quiet by a river which made it real cozy. staff was super friendly n helpful, definitely made our stay more enjoyble.

only issues were that the shower in the bathroom needs an upgrade n it was a bit dusty outside when we arrived.

Perfect getaway with friends

We crashed at this fab spot after a funeral nearby. The apartment was super clean and comfy. Had loads of space for hangin' out. Loved the friendly staff, made us feel right at home. The food was delish too, especially that Sunday roast. A lil noisy at times with other guests, but nothing too crazy.

i had an amazing one-night stay here which exceeded my previous visit in norwich. the room was lovely and cozy, with clean facilities and fluffy towels waiting for me. breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options available and well-prepared dishes that set the perfect tone for the day.

Had a fantastic time in a Deluxe Single Room. The room was cozy with a private bathroom, nice toiletries, and comfy bed. Enjoyed the welcome treats and the posh coffee machine. The staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, with generous portions and local produce. Loved the atmosphere by the river!

The Deluxe King Suite featured beautiful interior design that added character to the stay. The bed, while small for a suite, offered a cozy experience in a charming setting that felt exclusive.

The furniture in the room didn't serve its purpose well. oversized lamps left little room for personal items, and a heavy chair took up too much space, leaving us to use it as a makeshift luggage holder. The bathroom lacked adequate shelving for toiletries, forcing us to use the floor for our items, which felt inconvenient considering the spaciousness of the area. the lighting proved insufficient for reading, making it difficult to unwind with a good book. The wait times for food were frustrating, with a 50-minute wait resulting in cold dishes, which detracted from what could have been a delightful meal.
